Dr. Tara Bensinger has been an educator and innovator for thirty years, bringing vast knowledge and skills to Cognitive Capital Development. Her passion for education has placed her in various leadership capacities in public and charter school systems and higher education.
As an educator, Tara received numerous classroom-awarded grants. As a certified grant writer in compliance and development, she has secured millions of dollars for her charter school system.
Dr. Martin Nalls brings over twenty years of dynamic educational leadership experience to Cognitive Capital Development. His work in public and charter school leadership and central office administration, combined with his non-profit founding, has given him extensive innovative and entrepreneurial expertise in financing and funding educational entities.
He maintains strong networks as an influential civic leader and member of numerous boards and task forces.
